The differences between MultiSave & MultiFixx systems

MultiSave and MultiFixx crossmembers, combined with interlocking uprights for load securing, are certified to DIN EN 12642 XL, and the additional lashing points are tested to DIN EN 12640 with a load capacity of 2000 daN.

With the MultiSave system, tie-down straps can be attached in any direction. In the case of MultiFixx crossbars, they can only be attached laterally to the travel path, and in the case of longitudinal crossbars, only in the direction of travel. The MultiFixx system has more lashing points.

By using deck curbs with integrated lashing points or tie-down loops, and combining them with MultiFixx crossmembers, you get a system platform that meets the most varied lashing needs.

Interlocking load securing with MultiFixx 70 - 1500, 7 000 025 push-on uprights is easy. So easy that anyone can do it! Lashing is a time-saver for every load. MultiFixx Basic crossmembers can be used on frame/chassis widths from 680 - 1400 mm.

Multifunctional for greater safety

In place of the usual lashing points, a platform has been designed to meet all the requirements for securing various loads.

Secure your load with MultiStick 70 uprights - and you're done. Simple, easy and quick to assemble. Time-saving every time you load.
Thanks to its patented rounded notch, the MultiStick 70 upright cannot be accidentally disengaged from the MultiSave crossmember.

Multi-X rail

The ideal load-securing complement

The Multi-X floor rail is the optimum connection to the MultiSave crossbar and is used for securing loads in customer-specific bridge structures.

The floor pan is preferably welded to the crossmembers in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle.

With Multi-X, you can stretch straps not only lengthwise and widthwise, but also diagonally.
